[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Fraud/Cheating

I have ordered Sheetal Yellow Blanket (pack of 2) vide order No [protected]. But the wrong product (not as per key features) delivered to me thrice. t is intimated that the wrong item has again been received by me thrice. Mr Amit (Team Snapdeal) told me that the product is not available as per key features. But I want the product as per key features only. I am totally unsatisfied with the reply of Snapdeal. I want replacement only.

Poor response and poor service. Same thing has happened with me earlier also when I ordered face towel. Totally fraud/cheating with customers
