Hi, I bought a bed from snapdeal (order number: [protected]) which got delivered after 1 weaks but was in a very bad shape. The product was damaged and have cracks, dents etc. So I had filed complain and shared the pics of product as well, the customer care executive processed the request and told that your product will be reversed pickup, but was waiting since then...it's more then 20 days now..nobody came for pickup have called several times in snpdeal every time they reschedule the pickup. This is ridiculous I have wasted my Money and time as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
