[Resolved] Snapdeal — furniture installation | |||
I had purchased a product "solid wood dressing mirror with shelf" on 13th aug 2017, Order id: [protected], placed on 13 aug, 2017 After escalating the late delivery (Further to my complaint no. Snapdeal.com complaint status update [id: 1687813]) the product got delivered in 1st week of sep'17. I am extremely disappointed that after approx one month of delivery of product nobody approached to install the same. I tried calling customer care but i couldn't find agent option on the so called customer care. I just got a call on last 10th sep'17 that somebody will come for installation in 2-3 days. But no call there after. What was the fun of product delivery if installation takes so many days. And your helpline is really pathetic, i dont know how a person can reach your customer care without hassle free ivr. Can somebody do something for installation at earliest. Have sent an email to snapdeal on 19th sep'17 but nobody contacted me there was only one system generated reply to my email. Now again i had sent a reminder email today on 10th oct'17...
