I ordered for my product on 21st of feb, paid for the same through debit card. got the delivery message on 28th of feb but did not receive the product.since then, I have been chasing them on phone. I tried to track it through the courier service they had mentioned ( Pigeon Express). They checked and confirmed that my product is lying in some other state's courier office. After that, they stopped picking up my call. I complained in snapdeal. Evey time, different executives pick up the call and just say 'my complaint has been registered' and they would get back to me. I have been chasing them since last 15 days. Evey time, I get a reply to bear with the interim and they would get back to me on the phone. But I have never received any call from them.
Definitely, they have lost their customer. But it has been really irritating to see how laid back their attitude is when I call them. Was this information helpful? |
