Snapdeal has been repeatedly denying me my basic fundamental right to return a product purchased from snapdeal by paying my hard earned money to snapdeal. They have delivered an old, expired, low quality unbranded product & when i requested them to return this particular old expired low quality unbranded product which i had received they have been blatantly rejecting my return requests since 11/6/2023. The product is = cotton handkerchiefs pack of 12 = 2 quantities, ie rs 249 + rs rs 249 = rs 498/-.
I requested snapdeal to arrange a return pick up for both these products but they outrightly rejected my return requests & denied to return these products & gave a bizarre illogical explanation for the same.
I have given snapdeal a lot of business & i have already paid them over rs 2000/- for all the purchased products which are in the " delivered " category & it does not include not returned products.
When snapdeal sells unbranded expired low quality products how will a customer keep those products? why should a customer sacrifice? will snapdeal team members sacrifice or compromise with such old, expired low quality unbranded products?
absolutely no.
Then why does snapdeal expect a customer to sacrifice/ compromise on their hardearned money?
absolutely unjust & unfair.
When i have paid for these products using my hard earned money then i should have the right to keep the product or return the product.
How can snapdeal snatch my right?
it is unjust & wrong to deny a customer his/ her basic right to return/ replace as it is the customer who has paid for the product with the customer's hardearned money not anybody else.
Therefore please ensure that i get justice.
I cannot keep an old expired low quality unbranded product by paying my hardearned money.
Therefore please ensure that snapdeal revokes their adamant illogical bizarre decision to deny me my basic fundamental right & please ensure that this particular old expired low quality unbranded product is picked, returned & refunded asap.
