[Resolved] Snapdeal — I am fooled by Snapdeal

I have ordered a Voltus 125CY SC. Snap deal has delivered a 123LYe IDU with a 125CY ODU. I do not know this is their standard practice of ditching customers or not. They have fooled me just says 125CY and did not mentioned i is IDU or ODU. Please be aware before buying. 123 is having less energy star rating and having less features. Also cost wise this is low. Also their delivery schedule is pathetic. I have ordered it on 8th Oct, during the order confirmation they told the delivery schedule would be 16th. but i have received the material on 23rd Oct after lot's of fight.

Snapdeal does not reverting me back. Although I have intimated them about this incident. A great customer support--- fool customer-- sale products-- forgot---:)
