Snapdeal — I didnot get my refund for one curtain till date

Hello, I have ordered two Curtains, the details are as follow, Order ID: [protected] (2 Items) Placed on Sat, 21 Mar, 2015 Homefab India Flo ral Designer Green Curtain Price: 484 1) One item is cancelled by the seller and it is refunded properly.I got 242 credited.(27 march) 2) Second item i returned back since i want both for my window (since window is large) using reverse pick up.Seller got the product and he initiated the refund for that on 30th march but till today i did not received it. I have intitied the complaint Request #17708984 and provided them my bank statement four-five times.One of.After a lot of times calling one of their representative "dipannita.biswas" told that they have added in sdcash..here is the snapshot of that .. Dear Sangram, Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com With reference to your email/complaint in regards to the SD Cash, this is to inform you that we have credited the SD cash 242/- in your Snapdeal account. Kindly log in to your account and confirm. Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team – Snapdeal.com I thought finally i got my money but when i checked my sdcash it is not added. I am calling daily to snapdeal customer care and every time they are saying it will added today in any case. Uptill today i did not received my money (it has been one and half month) Can somebody help me in getting my money back. Thanks, Sangram

Hello snapdeal team,

As i mentioned in my complaint, i have been contacting to snapdeal on daily basis (in writing as well as telephonic) but i am not getting any result at all. I always got following reply from you,
1. we are very sorry for the inconvenience
2. we have escalated your complaint and put on higher priority
3. you money is safe it is under trust pay and nothing to worry
4. you will get the money today in any case.

But the output result of all these is no progress and no refund of money.
