I ordered Samsung galaxy j2 pro 22nd sept 2016. The promise date of delivery was from 24th to 26th sept 2016. But the product gone out of stock any shipment of my product has not done till 25th of sept. 26th i.e next day was the last day of my delivery but I didn't get the delivery on that day rather Snapdeal shiped the product on 26 sept and I get the product on 27th sept. But on opening the box I found the product was not the one I ordered. I get a Elite mobile kept inside the Samsung Guru box which is not getting switch on and the box seems old. Then I file a return complain in Snapdeal and they arrange a pickup. The pickup courier came on 1st Oct 2016, but he rejected to pickup the product. Then I contacted Snapdeal customer and they again arrange the pickup for 2nd Oct 2016 but pickup boy cane on 3rd Oct 2016. Not my pickup us done but Snapdeal has rejected for my return and they has blocked my Snapdeal account.
Please help me out of this and please provide me my refund.
