[Resolved]  Snapdeal — I'm complaining about not receiving refund after returning the item. I purchased.

I ordered an item from snapdeal almost one year ago named Iball slide of cost 15500. After delivered the item, I returned within 7days according to T&C but still I don't receive any refund or replacement. I tried to contact with customer care survice center but none took my complaint seriously. Everyday, they says wait for 24 hours. I h've the pickup sheet of returning the item and I allready shared that with them but still no-one is there to help me. Please help me...

credit card charged but order was not confirmed. keep exchanging mails even after providing card/bank statement and mail from bank confirming the payment

Snapdeal, I don't receive any refund yet. Why are you so lazy? I'm contacting with you everyday but everyday you(customer care survice center) are saying wait for 24 hrs. Now, you tell me how many 24 hrs. I just want my money 15500 rupees back that's it and nothing.
