Right after receiving this product I complained and asked for the return because of the quality. But they denied by saying electronic product is not returnable for the reason of quality.
Then I tried to use that product, but as they described about that, that doesn't work as according to their saying, and also I came to know that the product is faulty. And then again I informed Snapdeal about the return of the product because of the defects with in 3-4 days of receiving. Now they saying at your first complain you ask about the quality, so we don't take any second complain against the same product. Is this fair, Snapdeal doing business or cheating the innocent Indians by taking the money with their new rules and conditions. please tell me how to lodge the FIR against Snapdeal for cheating me Rupees 995.
