I have received the defective mobile phone from snapdeal and I raised the issue and told about this to snapdeal but they are not responding.. In snapdeal website found the option for return and replacement within 7days. That's why I'm believe that and purchased the mobile in snapdeal, but they said go to service centre like this, instead of this type of cheating they have to beg and eat...
