[Resolved] Snapdeal — Issue with snapdeal coupons | |||||
Hi Team, My Name is Naveen Madhanu. I have ordered 6 pairs of socks in Snapdeal and I have got coupons worth 500 rs from snapdeal in the month of November. There was issue with the coupons, I can't able do my recharges with these coupons. I have complained about this to Snapdeal many times. They told they will be crediting 200rs to my account.I have called them 8 times, I did not get money from their side. When ever they call they will be telling same story "your money will be credited within 24 hours". Please help on this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
