Snapdeal — Item delivered to the wrong person. | |||||
Mr. Kunal Bahal My name is Dhiraj. Few days back I had ordered a pink teddy of 36 inches. Order ID is Order ID: [protected] I had ordered this teddy for someone else as gift. An I shared only my number to communicate. So I told courier boy to deliver it to given address after seeing valid ID proof with the same name. But after few days I got to know that it was delivered to the wrong person. Who is that person is I don't know. I complaint about it but no one is bothered till now. I got mail today from your help desk that we deliver it on proper address.. I know snapdeal you deliver it on proper address but u deliver it to wrong person.. U sent me a scan copy where receiver name and sign is totally different. Means the mistake is from your side. How can you deliver it to the wrong person without seeing ID proof. It is totally irresponsibility o[censored]rs towards ur customer. You are playing with customers emotions. I was a very satisfied customer of yours but from now I have to think twice before purchasing anything from snapdeal.. Worst service l have ever seen from snapdeal. Just look into the matter if you care your customers. Also I am attaching a scanned copy which was send to me by snapdeal in which it is clearly mentioned that product was delivered to wrong person.
