[Resolved] Snapdeal — item not received but says delivered

I have ordered for two brakeman steel flasks (Order id [protected]) and paid for it through netbanking. I received only one on 27 oct; my husband received the courier since i was away. Snapdeal however shows that both have been delivered. I've raised several complaints (Complaint now 51487132, 51370451, 51404872,[protected] every two days just to get an automated response. I've also called them several times but their ivr menu doesn't provide relevant options.

Purchased one ear phone from Snapdeal. Paid in advance. The product is shown as delivered but it never got delivered . Despite of repeated emails still no result and they are not replying now.
