[Resolved] Snapdeal — item not received but says delivered | |||||
I have ordered for two brakeman steel flasks (Order id [protected]) and paid for it through netbanking. I received only one on 27 oct; my husband received the courier since i was away. Snapdeal however shows that both have been delivered. I've raised several complaints (Complaint now 51487132, 51370451, 51404872,[protected] every two days just to get an automated response. I've also called them several times but their ivr menu doesn't provide relevant options. Was this information helpful? | |||||
