Snapdeal — JBL SB350 soundbar with wireless subwoofer

Original cost of the product is 35000 in JBL home site itself but these snap deal people quoted mrp as 50000 and they are selling at 20890. They are creating an illusion that they are giving great discount on the product. But in fact they are just giving 40% discount and they have quoted that they are giving 58% discount. I have already raised this issue with snap deal some long time back and they don't bother about the issue and they haven't changed the price.

As mentioned I was about to purchase few days back at that time I have noticed the issue and same was informed to your customer care executive and he promised me that he will escalate this issue and will be rectified accordingly. But till now it was not rectified.

Don't you feel shame that even after complaint you are using the same template for replying to the customer complaint it means that you are not even reading the customers complaint.
