I purchased laptop online, Paid the bill on 26.10.16 Received on 01.11.16, but it was damaged Requested for replacement send back on 02.11.16 Their quality check denied replacement & sending back within 48 hrs from 08.11.16 But till today I have not received laptop Order no.[protected] I have contacted them but the help line saying we will despatch we will despatch within 48 hrs It is very time cosumed otherwise I will go to consumers court Was this information helpful? | |||||
