I had ordered the printer on 13th feb 2016 and paid the full amount. But after few hours later i canceled it due to some reasons. till date i have not received my money back, and the order status shows status of "Readying for Dispatch" and " Order being canceled" both . I have called numerous times to customer care, and they always say that they have forwarded the request to technical team and require 24 hrs . Few days back one person finally called me from snapdeal and assured me of speedy solution and asked me to wait another 48 hrs., Now that time also gone, and still its seen as "Redyeing for Dispatch". Please find the proof of my mistake of buying from snapdeal. I advise you to go for COD only for High Valued goods, as its becoming risky.
