Dear Sir/Ma'am, I order id is : [protected] I ordered sony DVD Player but I received total damaged piece, and when I contacted to the customer care they simply said that sir what should I do, sometimes It happens and we consider your request after 7 days(if you wish please send the pics), is this the way to support or this kind of misbehavior.
