Mini sewing machine is power on but not sewing .(not working)
I want to replace the machine so I marked return in your website.I am physically handicapped person.So only I have ordered the products in snapdeal.I have ordered more than 10 products.In that I have received 2 products faulty.Already I have changed the one product with the help of your parter courier service.So this time also I contacted your snapdeal team to collect the product through your parter courier.But they have told that this facility is not available and I have to sent the product through my own and they sent one email to me and said that it contains the return form .I checked my mail and downloaded the return form .But while opening the form it is empty .I called your customer care 4 times.But their response is very poor.They sent another mail with enclosure.But the mail does not contain any attachement .I called the customer care executive.She teach me, howw to open a mail she think that i do not know mail opening.After some time she checked his system and said that there is some technical problem to send the return form after some time it will be delivered to your email.Till now I does not receive any mail from snapdeal.Is they want me to keep the faulty mini sewing machine as diwali gift and waste my 899 Rs.I am very dissatisfied with your service.Sorry to say that.Please help me replace the product
