[Resolved] Snapdeal — mobile in dead condition while it is received | |||
Dear snap deal team My order id: [protected] (1 item) after delivered i will raise a complaint to replace the item because of it is not working it is in dead condition i am raised complaint 2 hours after delivery, after that no information about it your team is said that you will visit a service center but please clarify me why i visit service center while the mobile is in dead condition since the item is in new condition and now your team is told me that your replacement time is expired ……what is the logic inside this i will not understand because i already pay the full amount of the item and i would raise the complaint within time period but your team is not respond …so please arrange a necessary action to replace the mobile as soon as possible Regards Prabhash Sent from windows mail Was this information helpful? | |||
