Sir, I am nitish kumar. I purchased vital mobile phone from snapdeal but I got wrong charger with product. so I return product to snapdeal with all accessories to delivery boy and he checked product and took my product @after one day I received a call from snapdeal and said I can't refund money and said me will provide u 100 rupees compensation and purchase charger from market but I refuse his request and I said i[censored] will not refund then u replace my product with proper charger.finally snapdealsay okk. after that i call many time to customer care of sanapdeal and always said sir iam working on ur issue and resolved immidatily but after few days I received a call I can't replace and refund because charger are missing but I said if charger were missing it is ur fault not my because I return all accessories with product in presence o[censored]r delivery boy.but snapdeal not listen to our claim and said me I am not received charger with product so ur request is decline but I say it is not my fault because I return all accessories in presence o[censored]r delivery boy if charger are missing why ur delivery boys accept product.sir snapdeal cheat me soo take this complaint seriously
