Complaint letter about poor costumer service

Dear snap deal,
I am writing to you today to explain about a bad experience I had at snapdeal on 17 sep till now
It is appalling to witness an employee Mr sandeep social media, Mr anupam, miss pooja and mr satpaal.of such a respected company to behave in such a manner was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employees actions.
I trust in that this is not the way that snap deal does business and that you will mention my concern with mr sandeep about this incident am open to discussing the matter further and should hope that you will respond a solution to prevent this incident happening again.
