Snapdeal — Mobile which is received is wrong | |||||
I have ordered iPhone 6 16GB in snapdeal on 17th Nov. Order# [protected]. They have delivered iPhone 4S 8B. I have raised a return and complaint. But they are denying this and informed me that they have delivered the right product. They have closed my complaint. They told me that they can't do anything. They are not confirming the investigating report through mail. This shows they are cheating.. Please help us in getting the phone which we ordered. We have the IMEI no. Of iPhone 6 in invoice ..
