Hi,
I ordered a water closet (order no: [protected]) from Snapdeal in September 2015 and returned after a week because the items was damaged in the delivery time. After returning the item through their courier pickup it has been now three months, but money not refunded.
I was calling the snapdeal call center, talking to the representatives, manager in Chennai (many times) with Customer Support Case # 07218459. The issue what they explained is the receipt of item is not confirmed by their Chennai warehouse office. So, I even sent them the tracked courier receipt for confirmation (as attached here), two months ago. Still they have not initiated refund process.
I sent so many emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com, there is no response. So, don't tell me to write again to some other email ID. Instead call me [protected].
