I ordered a karbonn sparkle V android one from snapdeal on April 17, 2015, I received the order on April 22, 2015.
When I went home, Since battery was charged, I charged it to 71%, closed the charging and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, the battery drained upto 18% on its own, without any process running on it. Since it was shocking for me, I, immediately raise a return and refund request on snapdeal page (April 23, 2015) (The item is covered under trust pay, 7 days return- no question asked guaranty).
After that, I received a reference number of my request and no conversation after that.
Then I myself contacted their customer care to listen usual answers - requesting you to go to service centre and like...I would like to ask snapdeal, you want me to go to service centre to repair a faulty new brand mobile after paying money immediately. I told I want to return this item and get refund, then the representative told you will receive a phone call within 48 h and I am still waiting for that.
Thereafter also I made almost 3 calls to customer care snapdeal... and heard the same answer.
I think this should not be the way to treat customers... when a piece is faulty you should refund it immediately ..this is courtesy
Now tell me what should one do in such situation... stucked with this...
