Snapdeal — No refund from snapdeal

Sir, This is to inform you that from last 40 days i did not recieve my refund from snapdeal, they did fraud with me ! On 23/08/2015, i orderd a product from snapdeal n it was defected n was not branded and on the same day i requested for my refund n till now i did not get my refund back. They asked for my bank details n told me you will get your refund within four days n i did not get my refund n then again i have spoken to their manager, he again asked for my bank details n then also i did not get any response n it has been more the 10 times i have given them my bank details n 100 times i have spoken to the manager of snapdeal but no response n before 10 days i requested for cheque n manager told me you will get ur refund on 28/09/2015. n still i did not get any cheque. n yetserday also i have spoken to the service provider of snapdeal n i asked him to transfer the call to your manager n then he put the call on hold n did not transfer my call. As you can see that it has been more than 40 days, i have not recieved my refund yet ! I want you to take strict action towards their company. I'm a college student n they did fraud with me. From my savings i have ordered this product n they sold me defected product n it was not branded. They are selling us fake products. My order details :- My order no is ( [protected] ) And my suborder code is ( [protected] ) Product : ((Guess W0247G3 Men's Watch)) Order placed on 23aug, 15 Return Pick up has been already done on 27aug, 15 n till now i did not get my refund ! Yesterday it was your last day for refund n till now i did not get any update n did not recieve my cheque n now i'm posting on facebook about your company. I'm a student n you did fraud with me. Now you just wait n watch !

Listen i am waiting from last 45 days n on 22/09/15 you guys told me you'll recieve your cheque within 7-10 days n till now i did not get any cheque, you can also see that it has been more than 45 days n still i did not get my refund. You're making us fool.
n today also i have spoken to one of you supervisor, he was saying **sir, in this case i can not do anything ** n then he cut the call.
I was shocked how could he say like that ! I'm very disappointed by your service n then again after few minutes i called you again n one of your supervisor told me to wait for 1 week more.
Let me tell you i'm not a fool !! I can't wait for 1 week,
I want my refund tom.
This is the 3rd time i'm facing this problem with SNAPDEAL .
