I had a gruesome shooping experince with Snapdeal.I ordered a spice coolpad MI-496 from snapdeal and it got delievered to me on 29th Nov. Within two days the coolpad started showing its true colors, randomely while picking up the call, it used to get restarted .
This was a faulty product and I got DOA ( Death on Arrival) certificate authorized service center and forwarded the same to SNAPDEAL.
I raised this issue with snapdeal on 1st dec 2013 and they registered my complaint and issued me a request no 4157932.They arranged a reverse pick up on 5th dec . I have been calling them since 7th dec, and they reply by saying that they have not received the product, I spoke to their first level supervisor also on 10th dec and he told me to give us time till 11 dec and they will definitely get back to me.
SANPDEAL :You cannot hold me for not receiving the package coz reverse pick up was arranged you.
I call them everyday and writing mails to them but I have not received any communication from their side.
Today also I called them up and customer care executive accepted that fault is on their part and resolution would be provided within 2-4 hours on high priority.They are failing to understand the plight of a customer. This has turned out to be a nightmare .
I request snapdeal from this forum (since they are responding from their official work place ) to please look into this matter.
