Snapdeal — no refund of the desired amount

Recently there was an offer on snapdeal, the offer was as follows OFFER : BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. On the following product PRODUCT : canary london jacket COST : rs2500 ORDER ID : [protected] SUB ORDER NUM'S : [protected], [protected] INVOICE NUM : 4E76C8/14-15/1295 INVOICE DATE : 22/10/2014 As i received the product on the basis of C.O.D (Sum =2500). As promised by the company, i should have received two pair of jackets (on the basis of the offer), but i received only one of the items. Now as i returned the product, i should have received the full pavement back but in response the company is only promising me the sum of 1250 instead of rs2500. I have been contacting the above mentioned company from last one month, but in return i am getting no response whatsoever. I am fed up from the services and false promises of this company.
