Dear snapdeal
You claim the best but you guys give the worst service to customer. I had ordered 4 items on 08th oct 2015(Order ID: [protected]), though i recieved 3 items in time, the 4th item which was shipped on 09th oct has not been delivered by now, in spite the fact that its due delivery date was 19th oct and the irony is that you and ur service partner r updated the tracking status as "not delivered due to out of pincode area" and then gave modified post dated delivery date. On mailing the same to snapdeal, i was instructed to collect the item from courier hub and even though i was ready to collect it from courier service, no one responded from the courier and when i contacted the snapdeal, i was given assurance that i would get product by next day and on the next day i got a call from snapdeal stating that product could not be delivered due to some issues with courier service and simply saying sorry for all the harassment and ordeal caused to me.
Associating my order with you was a gr8 mistake.
