Snapdeal — Non issuance of refund | |||||
Order ID - [protected] Reference No[protected] I had initiated the return process for the above order on November 19th. First of all i wasn't given a return pickup due to some problem with system and courier which showed my product status as not delivered as told by your team. Then, i was told to send the courier by myself and was assured that once on sharing the receipt and delivery of product i will get my amount back. I did the same on 1st December. On 9th December i got a mail that "we have initiated your refund and it will be credited to you in 4 working days", unfortunately after that there was no refund and nor any contact from snapdeal end. Then on 21st December i called for the status whereby they told that refund has been processed and i was asked to share my bank statement to prove that i did not get the refund yet, which i did immediately. Now today on 28th December i get a call that please share the proof that you received the product as the system shows undelivered. Eventually system problem was the starting point after which i was compelled to send product myself. 1) If i have sent the product and packed invoice with it, shared courier receipt - isn't it a proof that i had received the product? 2) If that was the case why i was told that refund is already given and give bank statement to prove that it is not?
