[Resolved] Snapdeal — Non refund of amount after cancellation of the product. | |||||
Order ID: [protected], Placed On 18 Dec, 2015 was cancelled by me on the same day. As per the trust pay policy I have been assured by the customer care of snapdeal that the money will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation. I have made almost 15-20 calls to the snapdeal customer care, but all the exercise was futile. I have complained in the snapdeal website also, I have also mailed to them many times. The reference numbers were given to me were[protected] dated 02.01.2016, 16791622 dated 02.01.2016 and 17644559 dated 13.01.2016 with an assurance that within 48 hours they will respond. But till now i.e. 18.01.2016 I have not received any response. I have also mailed the bank statement on 13.01.2016 to prove that I have not received the credit into my account. For that the reference is 17669098 dated 13.01.2016. But till now I am waiting for atleast a response call from snapdeal. But of no use. Can anyone please help me, how I should get my money of Rs.3999/- from the snapdeal. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
