Snapdeal — not got refund after replacement | |||
Ma'am/sir With all my due respect I would like to inform you that I bought an item with order no. [protected] but due to size problem I replaced it on 6th jan and got an email and message that I have received money back to my snapdeal account which is [protected]@snapdeal.com but if you'll check then you will find that I have not received any. I mean Is this some kind of joke to you because its not at all funny this is really very irritating and also why do you provide phone no. when you have predecided that you will never respond to it[protected] .
