[Resolved] Snapdeal — Not provide a dealer stamp on invoice | |||||
From more than 25 days I call snapdeal customer care to provide me a invoice having dealer stamp. I call many times, always they said I will register your complaint and I will provide you a invoice and they give me a same invoice without a dealer stamp which i have when i buy a laptop in 12 January 2015 . I need a dealer stamp on invoice because my laptop is not working and i visit a dell service centre there a executive told me your warranty is void in July 2015 you have to upgrade your warrany then i call dell customer care he told you have to provide dealer stamp on invoice then i upgrade it. My Laptop have 1 year warranty and will void in 2016 Was this information helpful? | |||||
