Cheat & fraud dealing via snapdeal, Order id: [protected] I had raised the refund claim for damaged product. But snapdeal are just said that we processed. But till now i haven't receive the refund. Product description: asha screen guard for desktop I have already got the query regarding my refund status by mails & calls from my bank, my atm debit card, and specially sbi main branch mumbai. They said to me on conversation that refund return is the responsibility of online shopping hub. And also sent the bank detail to snapdeal. But still no response. Payable amount rs. 399 By snapdeal, "expect refund of rs 399 in your card 6220-xxxxxxxx-7098 under the name 'jasper infotech' or 'snapdeal'" Till now i haven't received the refund.
