Snapdeal — Not refunding Money

I had purchased a Rechargeable fan on 4/9/2015 (Order ID: [protected] ) and the same delivered 11.9.15.due to Wrong product the same was returned by on 12.09.15, reverse pickup done. But still date the amount was not Credited on my Account(Rs.1500).since the Reverse pickup I follow-up with snap deal about my refund, they told only with 2 working the same will credit on Bank Account but still date that was not happened.
