I ordered two mobile phones on 23 june from snapdeal. Order no[protected] &[protected]. Because i got cheaper price in local market i cancelled the both orders. Now 20 days have passed they have not refunded my amount. The worst is the site shows item delivered to me however i did not accept their item. Customer care executive not attending my call. I want to know why my money has not been refunded yet and why executive not declaring current status of my complain. Why it is still showing item delivered to me however i have not received item. I am providing details below. These are replies from team snapdeal when i first register complain. After that i have made every effort to talk to them but they dont.
