Snapdeal — not refunding my amount

My order id is [protected], i ordered big muscle nitric whey 5 lbs two units worth 4318 each and i did paid 8636, but i received 2 units of 2 lbs, and bill of 8636, since order was wrong so i returned back the received order and i cancelled my whole transaction, they credit rs.4318 but remaining amount i didnt get, i am following them from 7th november and they always keep me waiting on phone for 15 minutes, and every time they say that my money is safe in trustbank, because of them i got penalty also on creditcard since they told earlier that they will credit soon and i didnt checked my card, loss on mobile bill and feels like mental harrasment, their customer care is not supportive, now dont know what to do
