[Resolved] Snapdeal — Not repairing my watch in any service centre of sonata | |||||
I have order two watches 10 months ago from snapdeal and its Order no.: [protected] and [protected]. Both were delivered after 1week. When i get these first time they were working properly. After 6 months one watch stop working. Again after few days it starts working so i didn't go to service centre that time. Same case happen with another watch that it stop working after 9 months but it does not start working itself. Finally i decided that i will give both watches to service centre. When i go to service centre they refuse to accept my watches to repair it. They are saying that online purchased watches will not repaired here and try another sercice centre. But all the service centre says same thing that online purchased watches will not repaired here.. Then i try to consult to snapdeal customer care of snapdeal. They did not reply my email message. Before purchasing these i have consult about watches' warranty that warrant will valid in any service centre or not. Snapdeal customer service says me that watches will get warranty in any service centre of india. But from this talk i have purchased these watches online. That they will give warranty. After such things i have come here to complain about snapdeal's lie. Please do something to handle this case.
