Snapdeal — Not returning the product before 7 days.

I have placed one order- [protected] and raised a request on the same day on which i got product. For 3 4 days their employees were saying that the refund will be processed. But now today they are refusing for refund. They are saying we will not refund the product please read the terms. First their employees misguide me for refund policy and then their employees refusing for refund.. I am fed up with this..
