[Resolved] Snapdeal — Not shipping the product

I ordered a digital photo frame in snapdeal 10 days before (order ID: [protected]). The said that the product has been handed over to FedEx courier and entered in the fedex website to track the order. but i didnt got the product on the estimated date. I called fedex and they are saying that snapdeal didnt even handed over the product to them. i raised complaint 2 times still they are not responding. Waste of money and time. I actually ordered the product for an occasion and it got over a week before. No response from snap deal for my mails.

Waste of time on writing to you people in snapdeal. Not at all giving me a correct reason and not at all responding. Second time you said the same that the product has been shipped and it will reach you and courier company is saying you have not yet handed over the product to them,
