There is a complaint already for this and SnapDeal guy called me yesterday and i told very clearly that it is a replacement not refund. In the site also yesterday it was showing as Replacement.

But still i received a message today that Refund is initiated.

What is the point of following up on the issue if refund is initiated when the complaint is all about replacement ??

Please make sure that Replacement happens for this order.

After posting complaint here, Snapdeal guys called me with updates regularly till the issue is resolved. But i got Refund not Replacement as requested. That's OK.

Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
