was returned and cancelled without intimating me.I will never purchase any product henceforth.
on 13 oct I ordered hp 15-ac098tu laptop paid through credit card... on 16th my order was returned and cancelled saying courier company was notable to contact me. this was the stupid reason which is not acceptable at all. and my funds has been initiated to my card which will be credited in my card account in 4 to 5 days.
I also spoke to customer advisor relating to same issue... but no positive response from them... I wanted my product and not the money...
Today I got a call from snapdeal regretting thier fault and want me re initiate the order today they will compensate me of Rs 500/- but I order the product at Rs 24990/- during sale period and now the same product price is Rs 28654/- plus I will not get the 10% cash back on my credit card I had applied earlier so i wanted them to give me same product at Rs 24990 which was the original costing during my earlier booking.
hence I want to log a complaint againt Snapdeal for above scenario so that further no other customer can be treated like this.
