[Resolved] Snapdeal — Order id [protected]/wrong product/month delay | |||||
Dear team Ordered one item on 28sep 20th and delivered wrong item on 06oct2016 cash paid to the core boy. After giving complaint same has picked up on 07oct2016 for replacement with out returning the money. There is the problem still no update regarding the item almost 15 days gone and as per cc information same will be dispatched 13oct2016 and delivery may be 20oct2016. The hell process with the customers and suggesting you maintain the quality of work other wise shutdown the business.
