[Resolved] Snapdeal — Order not been delivered even after 1 month and advance complete payment and wrong update provided on order status. | |||||
It is regarding my order placed[protected], as order no.[protected] (Maybelline Colossal 12H Black Kajal 0.35 gm), the product has not yet been received and though Snapdeal updated in its' status that it had already been delivered on 06/02/2016. I have made complain on Snapdeal customer care no.but not yet received any confirm detail on my product. I have even tried to contact their (Snapdeal) courier partner after being guided by one of their customer service member but the courier partner didn't responded to my request. I have called up their customer care number a no. of times for my complain status but every time I have been requested for extra days' starting from 8 days' then 4 days' then 2 then again 4, 8... likewise but after non of the days I have received a satisfactory answer. Now its' already a month crossed, yesterday on 05/03/2016 when I called same request was made for another 8 days, which is very unappropriated for a leading firm to make such a worthless request even after 1 month. Mar 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved yesterday snapdeal called and asked for 2 days' time to resolved the issue. Today I have received a mail from snapdeal from"[email protected]" in which they have confirm to initiate refund procedure. When I visited my snapdeal profile later, my refund was made but in their " free charge wallet" where on my next purchase same will be deducted, which is OK with me.
