[Resolved] Snapdeal — Order not received even after 1 month - Avoid SnapDeal | |||
Order id : [protected] I ordered Ray Ban Sunglasses on 10th October but still not received the product. Trust Pay says you can get the refund if the Product shipped does not reach you in 10 Days. But these people are not refunding the money saying that the product is shipped and I need to return the Product when it reaches me only after receiving the product they will refund the Money. I think this will take other 2 months... This is the service that SnapDeal provides to its customers. They are not able to say where the Product is or why there is a delay in delivering the product. Hereafter please go for COD option when you purchase on SnapDeal, Please don't buy the products by paying in Advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
