I have placed a order for American Swan Brown Casuals Chinos on 12 Oct, 2015 Order ID: [protected]. due to some issue with size i have return this raise a complain (Ticket Id:[protected]. snapdeal arrange a reverce pickup with his courier partner nuvo ex. the courier partner came to me and take this order on 14 oct. till now snapdeal didnot return my money in my bank acount. i have cal snapdeal many time regarding for this problem. all the time they say me this order is not reach to our ware house when this order will reach to me i will refund your money in your given acount.
sir reverse pickup is done from ghaziabad and snapdeal ware house is in delhi. more than 3 month pased till now they didnot refund my money, for this i have raise a several complain no 15910727, 09242343. all the time they say me that i have arrange a call back from my backend team they will call you and cordinate on the same but no any cal came to me from last 2 month all the time i call to snapdeal and waste my money. in this i spend 715 rs on purching this product and by calling i lost Rs 250. now snapdeal says me that snapdeal didnot arrange a reverse pickup you have to send mannually, but sir i have a msg and mail in which they mention that our courier partner nuvo ex will take the reverse pickup. when i say your courier partner take this order they ask me for courier recipt, unfortunately i lost my courier recipt, we all knw that it is not a atm card that we care all the time. at that time they didnot ask for this, at that time they say your order is recived by our courier onece the order will recived to our ware house we will initiate your money. now they ask me for courier recipt but i unable to send the courier recipet. plz sir do somethings and say him to return me my money. snapdeal arrange a reverse pickup by nuvoex. and now he is saying that i haven't recived your return order.
