Snapdeal — Ordered mobile not received

I ordered samsung galaxy grand max mobile through snap deal on 27/10/2015. I paid the money in full. The expected date of delivery is 3-6 november. But i not yet received my order. I am contacting snap deal every day. I receiving only replies. I am in need of my mobile.Take steps to deliver the order as early as possible. If this status continues i decided to go to consumer forum.
