Snapdeal — Policy & refund issues | |||||
I have ordered a Phone i.e Meizu MX5 on 25th Feb, 2061. I wanted to return the phone and have done all the procedure for return within 2 days of delivery. But I got a call from Snapdeal saying that product cant be refunded as there is no problem with the product. I explained them that i have not opened the seal of the box and even shared the pics of the same. Still they rejected my request. Whereas thier policy says that if the product is unboxed then the return can be done. Was this information helpful? | |||||
