Sir/ma'am,
I ordered a product on 5 th june on Snapdeal but since due to product issue and privacy concerns, I requested to cancel the day after before the item was shipped but to my utter surprise the product still didn't get cancelled and keep on shipping.
I want to raise an issue with snapdeal that the service provided by them has been not nice and trustworthy to the customers.

Placed on 5 june 2022.
Please make sure this issue don't affect other customers too.
