Snapdeal — Product bought from brand authorised dealer but snapdeal changed to regular dealer | |||||
I am very unhappy with the services in received from your snapdeal.com website. I wanted to buy a laptop hp s102tu. Selected seller from the product seller list tabtree, as it is brand authorised also listed in hp website but when i check the details by going through the order history it says that the seller is mega computer. The following order i made in 2 days time for the same product because of the technical issue also after getting confirmation from your customer care executive. Order id: 12672**7096 dt. 05/04/2016, rs. 40, 280 selected cash on delivery 12665**3198 dt. 04/04/2016, amount paid rs. 39, 794 through net banking 12659**5750 dt. 04/04/2016 amount paid rs. 39, 796 through net banking I spend more than 6 hours in this whole process but i still did not get any solution. I have paid rs. 79590/- in total for nothing. I had also taken the print out of your website indicating the price with the seller. So it cant be denied that the product were in stock with the price i paid or payable. See the most important thing is the time. I bought the product from snapdeal because i always buys from snapdeal. If this thing happens even for a single time customer satisfaction gets to the bottom of the scale. I may always have choice of selecting different seller but if i choose snapdeal i should be given the necessary resolution as soon as possible.
